Reset Password

Passwords are often forgotten, so it is not uncommon for a registered user to have the need to reset their password.  

 

First, enter the Email Address that you initially registered with and press the Next button:

If your email address entered was valid, you will prompted for the following information:

•You will need to answer the Security Question you selected at the time of registration.

NOTE: uppercase and lowercase do NOT matter.  For example, if you entered "strawberries" at the time of registration, and entered "Strawberries" here, it will be a correct match.

 

•Please enter a new Password.  This will be your new password to login in to the system.  The password must be at least eight (8) characters in length, and contain at least one (1) letter and one (1) number.

Next, press the Reset Password button.  If your answer matches and the password is valid, you will taken to the following confirmation screen:

At this point, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete your password reset.
